Assemble the team. Develop concept, idea, and script. Plan the shoot and overall execution. The producer manages the entire process.

Planning & Legal
The producer estimates scope, budget, and timeline. We sign a contract, define rights, and set terms of collaboration.

Post-Production & Delivery
Editing, sound, graphics, color grading. Final approvals and delivery of finished materials.
